Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Golf Cards ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you play. By using the App you agree to this policy. The App is a card game with single-player and online multiplayer modes.

1. Information we collect

• Account & profile. The App creates a guest account automatically so you can play without signing up. We store a randomly-generated user id, a display name, and your in-game progress (coins, level, achievements, statistics). We do not require your real name, email, or phone number to play.
• Gameplay data. To run online matches and leaderboards, our game server stores match results, scores, and tournament/league standings tied to your user id.
• Device & technical data. Standard technical information (device type, OS version, app version, and network information) may be processed to operate and secure the service and to serve ads.
• Purchases. If you buy in-app products, the purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive a confirmation/receipt to grant your items; we do not receive or store your full payment card details.

2. Advertising

The App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect and use device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. You can learn more and manage choices in Google's partner policy and, on supported devices, via your system ad-settings (e.g. limiting ad tracking / resetting your advertising id). On iOS, personalized ads are subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

3. How we use information

• To provide the game, save progress, and run online matches, tournaments and leagues.
• To operate leaderboards and social-proof features (e.g. showing that players are active).
• To deliver and measure advertising and to grant in-app purchases.
• To maintain security, prevent cheating/abuse, and fix problems.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with service providers that make the App work — notably Google (AdMob), and the app stores (Apple, Google) for purchases — and where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account data (see Contact).

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under the age required by your local law (for example, under 13 in the US or under 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us below.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
