These Terms govern your use of the Golf Cards mobile game ("the App"). By downloading or playing the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
The App creates a guest account so you can play immediately. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software or bots, tamper with the client or network traffic, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The App is supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties (see the Privacy Policy) and are subject to their terms.
You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose, harass other players, attempt to disrupt or overload our servers, or reverse-engineer the App except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
The App and its online features are provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
