Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Football Legend mobile application ("the App") published by Stefanica Stefan Gheorghe PFA ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent's or guardian's consent. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

3. User Accounts

• You may use the App as a guest without creating an account.
• If you create an account (for cloud saves), you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes your cloud data.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

• Influence Points and all other in-game currencies, items, and unlockables are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value.
• Virtual goods cannot be exchanged, sold, traded, or redeemed for real currency or any tangible goods.
• In-app purchases ("IAP") are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to that store's refund policies.
• We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases made through your device. Please enable device-level purchase protections (e.g., biometric/PIN confirmation).
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, availability, and the virtual economy at any time to maintain game balance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the App;
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, hacks, or unauthorized third-party tools;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' accounts;
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' experience.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to code, graphics, UI design, sounds, text, game mechanics, and the "Football Legend" name — is owned by or licensed to Stefanica Stefan Gheorghe PFA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

All club names, player names, and league names in the App are fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons, clubs, or organizations is coincidental and unintentional.

7. Advertisements

The App contains optional rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By choosing to watch an ad, you consent to receiving that advertisement. Ad content is determined by Google, not by us.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy which explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using the App you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stefanica Stefan Gheorghe PFA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of game progress or data;
• Inability to access the App or your account;
• Unauthorized access to your account;
• Any third-party content or services accessed through the App.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stefanica Stefan Gheorghe PFA from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to the App

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will be modified accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
